Eva is a popcorn enthusiast. It is one of my favorites as well. Eva’s dad used to make stove popcorn at home. So he taught Eva the procedure while taking this video. She is too young to operate the induction cooktop, so we assisted her while filming.
Ingredients
Dry corn – 1/4 cup
Vegetable oil – 1 & a half tablespoon
Unsalted butter – 2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
Salt – 2 pinch
Please note: 1) If you are cooking on a gas stove, set it to medium heat.
2) If you use a stainless steel pan, keep the lid closed and shake the pan occasionally.
3) If your lid does not have an air hole, tip the lid slightly to allow steam to escape once the popping begins.
